CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: Any order placed with the payment method of SECURE
ONLINE TRANSACTION with a CC will be billed the Week your order SHIPS.
SALES/PRE-ORDERS: If we run a sale, previous orders or pre-sells will not
be adjusted if price is lower or higher than sale. In otherwords there will be
no price adjusting. You pay the price of the item at the time you place your order.
REFUND POLICY on PRE-ORDERS: Unfortunatley we cannot give any refunds on
any PRE-ORDERS you place. Once you place a PRE-ORDER the sale is final. This is
to protect our investment and keep our prices as low as possible.
PREORDER / RELEASE DATES: All PREORDER/RELEASE DATES are estimates, we
cannot guarantee any release date as we have learned in this hobby/business, release
dates are usually not met. The only thing we can assure you is that your items
will ship as soon as they arrive here in our warehouse. No refunds will be given
for items which arrive late.
ORDERING FIGURES WITH DIFFERENT RELEASE DATES: If you place 1 order for
figures with different release dates your order will charged seprate shipping
for each figure. For example, if you order a KOBE BRYANT( in stock now ) along
with a Rich Gannon ( Release date late August ) both of your figures will ship
seperate ($7.00 per order). Reason being is that the shopping cart calculates
shipping as 1 complete shipment. Please place 2 seperate orders if there are different
release dates.
CASE ASSORTMENTS: When you order a case you will recieve a FACTORY SEALED
CASE. This means that you will recieve whatever is in the case. Most of the time
you get 1 set, 1 variation and extras of the more popular players. HOWEVER this
is not guaranteed. As the condition of the packages/figures cannot be guaranteed
as well. We encourage Double Boxing to help protect your figures
